You might be tempted to sort creators by followers and start at the top. That's not how any of this works.
What works is a process: making the right content. And the right content comes from one of two places — creators talented enough to generate ideas themselves, or creators you assist with hooks, angles, and briefs.
Either way, the play is the same: create the incentive to figure out good content, then fan out. Many creators, all trying, all iterating. The winners reveal themselves in the views — not in their bio.
Here's what a follower search will never show you: some of the strongest performers don't have a big main account at all. They run ambassador accounts for brands — steady views, real results — under someone else's name. Their own profile sits at a few hundred followers. Don't judge a book by its cover; the cover isn't even theirs.
Our index says the same: most of the accounts we've indexed are small, and only a small fraction sit in the 10k–100k band. Filter by follower count and you filter out most of the market.
